Trip Home

On Monday morning we checked-in to our SQ fight home - ZRH-SIN-SYD straight through. By a miracle of timing we were able to select the front row seats in business class when we did the online check-in. They are much better as the foot well is not angled like all other seats.

It was a seamless trip with a tight connection in SIN - so it was off the plane and straight to the departure gate.

Our flight touched down in SYD on Tuesday at 4:15pm and at 4:33pm we were in an Uber heading home. It was the first time we used Uber from the airport and it was great - $50, almost half the price of a taxi.

Since arriving home both Dieter and I have been plagued with dreadful jet-lag - getting up before 5am for the past 5 mornings after very restless nights.
